🌶️ Honey Chili Potatoes (Crispy + Sweet-Spicy Magic)
🥔 Ingredients

2 medium potatoes (cut into thin fries or wedges)

2 tbsp cornflour (or maida + rice flour mix for extra crisp)

2 tbsp oil (for shallow frying or deep frying)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp tomato ketchup
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tsp chili flakes (or 1 fresh chopped chili 🌶️)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Spring onions (for garnish)

Salt to taste

🔥 Steps

Crisp the potatoes

Coat cut potato fries in cornflour + a pinch of salt.

Fry until golden and crispy. Keep aside.

Make the sauce

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add ginger-garlic paste → sauté till aromatic.

Add soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and chili flakes.

Stir well → make it sticky + glossy.

Toss it together

Add crispy fried potatoes into the sauce.

Toss until fully coated and shiny.

Finish & serve

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
