🌶️ Honey Chili Potatoes (Crispy + Sweet-Spicy Magic)

🥔 Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes (cut into thin fries or wedges)

  • 2 tbsp cornflour (or maida + rice flour mix for extra crisp)

  • 2 tbsp oil (for shallow frying or deep frying)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (or 1 fresh chopped chili 🌶️)

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • Spring onions (for garnish)

  • Salt to taste

🔥 Steps

  1. Crisp the potatoes

    • Coat cut potato fries in cornflour + a pinch of salt.

    • Fry until golden and crispy. Keep aside.

  2. Make the sauce

    • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

    • Add ginger-garlic paste → sauté till aromatic.

    • Add soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and chili flakes.

    • Stir well → make it sticky + glossy.

  3. Toss it together

    • Add crispy fried potatoes into the sauce.

    • Toss until fully coated and shiny.

  4. Finish & serve

    • Garnish with chopped spring onions.

    • Serve hot — sweet, spicy, and crispy in one bite 😍
